Why would you want to work with us as your drop shipper?

 

• Our discount is at 10% which seems low, but remember -There are never any drop ship fees of any kind, our shipping charges are very low ... plus...
• We use YOUR COMPANY NAME for drop shipments, although some shipments may be addressed direct from manufacturer.
• We offer bulk specials at times to make your profits higher
• We keep our prices low.
• We keep you informed of what's new - what's been discontinued, etc.
• You will be assigned your own discount code to be used during check out, which will automatically calculate your discount. Then simply enter your company details for the billing info, and your customer's details for the shipping info. That's it!

It is a rarity to find a company that will work with you the way we do, but we believe your experience with us as your drop shipper should be pleasurable and effortless.

 

Rules for our Drop Ship Program:

 

NOTICE: We require that at least 20 of our products are up for sale on your site within 30 days, otherwise we will cancel your account.

 

1. You MUST have a valid URL address and / or an established online store or retail location. NO EXCEPTIONS.

2. You MUST have a legal entity - Sellers Permit Number or social security number is required.

3. It is against our policy to sell our merchandise on EBay or any other auction based websites.

4. It is against our policy to copy and paste any of our images into your web pages. To use our images, you must right click and "save" to a file on your own computer. All information - images, etc. is covered by copyright law. Only those with valid drop ship accounts are given permission to our images and / or descriptions. NOTE: Do Not use our descriptions word for word!

5. If a customer wants to just "return" an item to you, it is just that: Returned to YOU and YOUR company. Whatever YOUR policy is on returns is how you would handle it, and then you own the merchandise from that point forward. Because of health issues and "most" customers being concerned with the health of their pet, we do not EVER ship used items, or returned items. We feel that the customers prefer the confidence of knowing that no other pet has used the item. We cannot accept items back once they are shipped from our warehouse. If an item is indeed defective, we will replace it upon receiving the defective item back to us. ALL defects must be reported within 72 hours of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS. How you handle the shipping, returns and exchanges is between you and your customer.
 

6. SALE ITEMS - Discounts do NOT apply to our sales section.

 

7. We do not drop ship pet food, pet treats, dog houses or PetCool Units.

 

8. We cannot ship large or heavy items overseas.

 

If you agree to all of the above rules, please fill out our form  completely and accurately, print it out and mail it to us. If we approve your account, we will contact you by email and give you a discount code for our store so that you may place your drop ship orders.
