| Our beloved guardian, Ana, passed away in the early hours,
Thursday morning, January 11, 2007. Always by our side, protecting
us, loving us, she was family, she was our great white German
Shepherd. Shortly after her death, I was sitting quietly trying to
calm myself by saying a prayer for Ana and meditating. In a flash I
saw her. She was happy, healthy and surround by dazzling golden
light. The word FREE came to mind. We miss her so much, but I know she still watches over us. She is now our Guardian Angel. Her register name is Princess Anastasia Rhiannon (Ana for short). She was born 5-7-1998 in Rome, GA to Lilly of Passion and King Zeke II. Ana’s great-grandfather was the first white German Shepherd to serve in the White House as a security dog. Ana, my Pretty Girl, thank you for 8 ½ years of love and friendship. Thank you for going on walks and resting by our side. I will miss giving you belly rubs and giving you gentle scratches behind your ears. I will miss you by my side at the dinner table. We will always carry you with us in our hearts.
