SHIPPING (UNITED STATES AND WORLDWIDE):
We routinely ship Domestic (continental US only) USPS
First Class or Priority Mail, UPS
and DHL ground transportation.
Wisconsin residents: Sales tax will be added to your
order accordingly.
Shipping charges are as follows:
1st item $5.95. Each additional item added is only $1.00 each.
NOTE: If your total is over $100.00, shipping is FREE!
Free Shipping specials do not apply to orders outside of the USA.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS and OUTSIDE OF U.S. 48 STATES:
We do not ship any large / overweight / oversize
packages, sprays or liquids of any kind overseas. If you question whether an item can be
shipped outside of the U.S. please contact us. NOTE: We
are not responsible for any charges that may occur
through customs in your country. International shipping
will incur extra charges as we ship Global Priority or
Express Mail.
There are extra shipping charges for international shipping.
DELIVERY TIME:
Please
allow 3 - 7 business days for standard delivery of most
items within the continental US.
Please allow a extra time for
personalized items, custom made pet clothing, Dog Houses, and busy holiday seasons. Because
the arrival time of your order is often dictated by
conditions which are beyond our control, we would rather
err on the side of caution than promise our customers
what others may not be able to do.
International Orders, please allow extra time for
delivery.
Once a package leaves our warehouse it becomes the responsibility of the
carrier. The carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's
arrival.
